- 10+ years of relevant experience in the digital marketing domain or related field with a strategic business focus
- Experience leading strategy engagements in top consulting firms or digital agencies
- Robust understanding of online marketing tools and digital technologies, especially Email Campaigns and SMS/Push Notifications
- Demonstrable industry expertise in at least one core vertical (e.g., retail, travel, financial services, media & entertainment)
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, professional, and committed to customer success
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Adobe Delivery team & Partners
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree required
- Adobe Campaign Classic expertise is an added advantage
