Prior experience of working with Content QC, Metadata XML, Audio / Video Editing.
- The ability to multi-task as needed in day-to-day business operations.
- Valuable command of the English language, both written and spoken. A willingness to work across shifts and work weeks.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Resilient, resourceful, optimistic, and energetic • Should be familiar working with Excel.
- Confident manner and comfortable interacting with all levels of management, both domestic and international.
- Ability to balance change and continuity – to continually strive to improve service and delivery to clients, to create a work environment that encourages quality and to maintain focus, intensity, and persistence, even under increasingly complex and demanding conditions.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite and collaboration software such as Zoom, Slack, etc.
