Job Position: Service Now Developer ITSM

We are looking for a skilled Service Now Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service . Management solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules and Service Now development best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize Service Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes
- Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designer
- Integrate Service Now with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform Service Now upgrades, patches, and application enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
