How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Primarily focused on providing advice and solutions to our external clients, using insights into global market trends and regulatory requirements. Seeks to drive innovation in the reinsurance advisory sector through external research partnerships in a defined area of expertise including strategic financial advice, government, public and private bodies, fintech, and (re)insurance research industry bodies, to strengthen our client offering and drive business development and renewal.

Recognized master in professional discipline typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May have up to one direct report.

Responsibilities typically include:

- Establishing operational plans for sub-function area.
- Developing and implementing recent products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.
- Potential communication with leadership.
- Implements strategic goals established by functional leadership.
- Establishes operational plans for job area with short-to mid-term impact on results (e.g., 1-2 years).
- Provides measurable input into new products, processes, standards and/or operational plans that will have some impact on the achievement of overall function results.




- Responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation.
- Problems and issues faced are numerous, typically undefined where information is difficult to obtain.
- Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems.
- Problems span a wide range of difficult and unique issues across multiple functions / specialties.

About you:

Qualifications:

- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred:

- Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
