Territory Sales, Technical & Operations Manager – Automotive PPF

Scratchgard Technology is expanding its nationwide automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) business and is building a strong field team to manage dealership relationships, business development and PPF operations across India.

/n

We are looking for hands-on Territory Managers who can develop business, work closely with automotive dealerships and ensure that PPF jobs are executed on time and to the required quality standards.

/n

This is not a desk-based sales or coordination role. You will own the territory commercially and operationally.

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Develop PPF business across assigned automotive dealerships and accounts.

/n

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.

/n

- Onboard new dealerships and establish the PPF operating process at each location.

/n

- Build strong relationships with dealership principals, accessories teams, sales managers, service teams and other key stakeholders.

/n

- Present product solutions, commercial benefits and operating processes to dealership teams.

/n

- Drive sales, maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and work towards defined territory targets.

/n

- Coordinate daily PPF requirements and allocate installation jobs to approved applicators.

/n

- Ensure applicator attendance, material availability, installation completion and proper job documentation.

/n

- Monitor installation quality and support technical troubleshooting, rectification and dealer concerns.

/n

- Develop additional applicator resources and maintain sufficient backup capacity across the territory.

/n

- Monitor open,



completed and delayed jobs and escalate potential SLA issues before they become dealer complaints.

/n

- Conduct product and process training for dealership teams, partners and applicators.

/n

- Maintain accurate reporting of sales opportunities, dealership activity, installations and territory performance.

/n

- Travel regularly across the assigned territory and provide hands-on support when required.

/n

Who We Are Looking For

/n

/n

We are deliberately looking beyond conventional sales-manager profiles.

/n

Candidates may come from backgrounds such as:

/n

- PPF installation or detailing

/n

- Automotive accessories

/n

- Ceramic coatings and car-care products

/n

- Detailing centre operations or supervision

/n

- Automotive dealership accessories or aftersales

/n

- Service operations

/n

- Field technical sales or operations

/n

Experienced PPF applicators who have strong communication skills and want to move into a broader sales and management role are particularly encouraged to apply.

/n

What You Should Bring

/n

/n

- Experience in PPF, automotive detailing, ceramic coatings, automotive accessories or a related automotive field is strongly preferred.

/n

- Strong sales, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

/n

- Ability to develop and maintain dealership relationships.

/n

- Understanding of what constitutes a high-quality PPF installation and ability to identify application defects.

/n





- Ability to manage independent applicators and dealership expectations simultaneously.

/n

- Strong territory planning, follow-up and organisational skills.

/n

- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.

/n

- Hands-on, technically inclined and comfortable solving problems in the field.

/n

- Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant supervision.

/n

- Comfortable using CRM, reporting and digital communication tools.

/n

- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.

/n

What This Role Is – and Is Not

/n

/n

This is not simply a sales position, and it is not simply an operations position.

/n

The Territory Manager is responsible for making the territory work end-to-end — developing dealership business, onboarding locations, coordinating applicators, maintaining installation quality and ensuring that PPF jobs actually happen on time.

/n

The right candidate must be able to sell the work, manage the work and understand the work.

/n
