Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Team Lead to manage a team of accountants and own financial reporting for our client portfolio across industries. If you're strong on MIS reporting, comfortable leading a team, and enjoy being a client's go-to person on financial matters, we'd love to talk.

What you'll own:

MIS & Financial Reporting

/n

/n

- Prepare and finalize MIS reports (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) for clients across industries

/n

- Drive month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and performance analysis

/n

- Review variance analysis, cash flow forecasts, and key financial metrics for clients

/n

/n

Client Management

/n

/n

- Be the primary point of contact for clients on financial matters

/n

- Provide strategic financial insights to help clients optimize performance

/n

- Partner with client teams to tailor accounting services to their needs

/n

/n

Team Leadership

/n

/n

- Manage, mentor,



and develop a team of accountants and analysts

/n

- Allocate resources across multiple clients and deadlines

/n

- Run performance reviews and build a collaborative team culture

/n

/n

⚙️ Systems & Process

/n

/n

- Oversee financial software implementation (Tally, Zoho, etc.)

/n

- Identify process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency

/n

/n

What we're looking for:

/n

/n

- Bachelor's in Accounting; CA-Inter qualified or higher

/n

- 2–4 years in accounting/financial management

/n

- Strong grasp of accounting, direct & indirect tax, and compliance

/n

- Hands-on with financial software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)

/n

- Solid leadership, communication, and multi-client management skills

/n

/n
