Monitoring Tools Engineer Location: India (Chennai or Pune or remote)
On Site/Remote: 2-3 days on site if in Pune or Chennai, with remote options available

We are seeking a Senior Monitoring & Network Observability Engineer to lead the design, implementation, administration, and optimisation of enterprise monitoring solutions across a large-scale, highly available workplace on behalf of a top financial services client.

This role will serve as a subject matter expert for monitoring and observability platforms, ensuring visibility, resiliency, and performance across network, infrastructure, application, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as Solar Winds, Net Scout, Thousand Eyes, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Forward Networks, or similar technologies, along with experience supporting upgrades, integrations, automation,



and platform enhancements within complex enterprise environments.

6+ years of experience supporting enterprise monitoring, observability, or network performance management environments.
~ Hands-on experience administering and supporting monitoring platforms such as Solar Winds, Net Scout, Thousand Eyes, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
~ Experience designing, implementing, customising, and maintaining highly available monitoring solutions across large enterprise environments.

~ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills, with familiarity in Python, Power Shell, Bash, or other scripting/automation technologies.

Experience integrating AI-driven capabilities within monitoring, observability, or network
