You will engage in understanding project requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability.

Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that support operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing business process management applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the Pega environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect various systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
