As a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales), you’ll play a key role in driving student admissions, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue growth.

You’ll contribute to our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, help expand our learner community, and support the launch and growth of new experiential centers while delivering an exceptional counselling experience. This is an entrepreneurial role where you’ll work directly with experienced founders while accelerating your career in the Skill Tech ecosystem.

Counsel prospective learners through phone calls, video consultations, Whats App, and walk-in interactions.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Conduct consultative sales conversations and deliver an outstanding learner experience.
Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to enrollment using CRM.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to improve customer experience and lead conversion.
Maintain accurate CRM records,



sales reports, and daily activity updates.
Contribute towards business expansion and revenue growth.

1. 3 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, Customer Success, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or B2C Sales.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
Passionate about Education, Skill Development, Career Counselling, and helping learners achieve their goals.

Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
