Position: Store Development Executive

Location: Kochi, Bangalore, and Chennai

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: 3–6 years of experience in retail fit-out execution, store rollout, construction project coordination, or franchise store development.

Salary: 6 LPA(Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recent franchise store execution from site handover to store opening.
- Coordinating civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, equipment, branding, and signage vendors.
- Tracking project timelines, milestones, quality, and costs.
- Conducting regular site visits and resolving execution issues.
- Managing snag lists and coordinating final store handover.
- Coordinating with franchisees and internal teams.
- Managing multiple store projects across different cities.
- Preparing project trackers and progress reports for management.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in QSR, F&B;, grocery, fresh retail, meat, or seafood retail.
- Experience in franchise store development.
- Experience managing multi-city or multi-state store rollouts.
