We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience , excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients,
and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best hiring practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
