and coordination with ABAP development teams .Good understanding ofSAP SD processesincluding Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, and customer master data.Experience indebugging, troubleshooting interfaces, IDocs, APIs, user exits, BADIs, enhancements , and resolving production issues across SAP SD and Vistex landscapes.Expertise in preparingfunctional design documents, conducting SIT/UAT, cutover activities, user training , and supporting go-live and hypercare phases.Exposure toSAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP BTP , and integration with MM, FI, and external applications is highly desirable.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to lead client discussions, gather business requirements, and deliver scalable Vistex solutions in Agile environments.
