Strong experience in Precision & Mass ProductionExpertise in CNC Turning & Milling (4–5 Axis)Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens & similar CNC controlsStrong exposure to Turning, Milling, Grinding & Heat TreatmentKnowledge of Cutting Tools, AutoCAD, SolidWorks & CAMExperience managing 100–150+ manpower across multiple departmentsStrong command over Production Planning, Productivity, Rejections & Manpower ManagementExperience in Material Cost Control,



Machine Capacity & Shop LoadingProven ability to drive daily/weekly/monthly production & delivery targetsGood communication & presentation skillsKannada + English communication required
