Combine that with our drive to propel with purpose and you have the perfect playground to collaborate, innovate, grow, and make an impact that matters.The teamThe Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.RequirementMinimum9 - 12 yearsof IT Application Development Experience across major technologies likeMicrosoft ,Low Code no code.Minimum5 - 7 Years of experience on Mendix.Must have Mendix Advanced Level Certification.Experience in Mendix Native mobile App (2 to 3)Experience of leading development teams.Proven experience as a Mendix Solution Architect, with a track record of successfully delivering complex Mendix projects.Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.Expertise in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance Mendix applications.Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.Positive logical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsDesign, develop,
