Senior Modern Workplace Architect / DEX LeadAre you passionate about transforming Digital Employee Experience (DEX), building self-healing automation, and shaping contemporary workplace environments?About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on tech leader to drive endpoint management, DEX scoring, and enterprise automation!ResponsibilitiesDrive DEX Strategy: Leverage Nexthink for remote actions, custom workflows, dashboards, and proactive self-healing automation.Modern Endpoint Management: Design and administer Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11 environments, Conditional Access, and security baselines.Provisioning at Scale: Architect Windows Autopilot deployments across Hybrid and Microsoft Entra join frameworks.Scripting & API Engineering: Utilize advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate production workflows.Telemetry to Business Value: Translate workplace metrics into actionable XLAs (Experience Level Agreements) and executive storytelling.Enterprise Governance: Enforce Zero Trust models, RBAC, and least-privilege security architectures.QualificationsExperience:
