You’ll own the product-engineering bridge and lead a team of talented developers across high-stakes, high-velocity venture environments.This is a leadership role with deep accountability, high autonomy, and a future CTO-track.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology LeadershipArchitect, design, and lead development across multiple product lines and client ventures.Own the delivery of scalable, secure, and modular digital platforms.Maintain best-in-class engineering standards across code quality, performance, and technical design.Evaluate and implement new tech stacks, libraries, tools, and cloud solutions aligned with future-readiness.Product Engineering ExecutionCollaborate with product managers, UI/UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into feature-rich applications.Define SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable deployment architecture.Build reusable components and frameworks for faster venture deployments.AI & Data IntegrationWork with ML engineers and data architects to embed AI workflows into products.Integrate vector databases, LLM APIs, and decision intelligence layers where relevant.Design data-led product environments that support intelligent workflows, automation, and personalization.Team LeadershipMentor and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.Set goals, review code, conduct performance reviews,
