Good understanding of

Python / Django / Flask tech stack

with exposure to RDBMS. Understanding of OOPs and programming fundamentals. Should be able to write efficient algorithms to solve business problems. Should be flexible to cut across programming languages to solve a problem end to end and work with cross-stack dev team.

Should be ready to work in high availability and complex business systems, with readiness to learn and contribute each day.

What you will do:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using

Python and Django .Take ownership of backend modules and deliver solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.Work closely with

clients and stakeholders

to understand requirements, clarify technical aspects, provide updates, and ensure successful delivery.Lead and coordinate with a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and support.Develop and integrate

RESTful APIs

and third-party services.Work on

LLM/AI-based integrations ,



including integrating LLM APIs into business applications and developing AI-driven features.Design and implement efficient database solutions using relational databases such as

MySQL/PostgreSQL .Containerize applications using

Docker

and work with containerized development/deployment environments.Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable and scalable fixes.Write unit tests and ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Participate in technical discussions, estimation, solution design, and implementation planning.Work on performance optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability of backend systems.Stay updated with emerging technologies, particularly in

What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills3–4 years of professional experience
