We're Hiring!Pie Matrix is looking for a Telecalling Intern to join our Gurugram team!If you enjoy talking to people, building connections, and communicating confidently, this role is for you. You'll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, sharing relevant information, and supporting the team in generating leads and building strong customer relationships.WHAT YOU’LL DOMake outbound calls to potential customers and leads.Understand customer requirements and share relevant information about our products/services.Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.Generate and qualify leads for the sales/business team.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations,



and customer details.Handle customer queries and provide timely support.Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for lead follow-ups.Work towards daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.WHO YOU AREPursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.Comfortable communicating inHindi and English.Confident, polite, and comfortable speaking with recent people.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.Prior experience intelecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generationis a plus.Location: GurugramStipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000/monthType: InternshipWHAT YOU’LL GETHands-on experience incustomer communication and lead generation.Exposure to sales and business development processes.Ownership and practical learning from Day 1.Mentorship and guidance from the team.Certificate of Completion.
