( HTML, JavaScript, C++, HTTP)· Knowledge of major task, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering current enhances applications· Experience with IT Service Management, service desk, asset management, incident management and change management via ServiceNow is preferred· Experience setting up ServiceNow Catalogs· Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-team collaboration skills· Strong experience with:o
