About the Partnership's RoleYou will build and grow strategic partnerships across high-growth ecosystems in the US and Europe. As part of a small, rapid-moving team, you will work closely with founders, sales, marketing and product to expand Loops reach through joint initiatives, co-marketing, and ecosystem collaborations. Your work will directly influence market presence, lead generation, and long-term partner engagement.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with Loops business goalsBuild and manage relationships with key stakeholders including executives, influencers, and decision-makersPlan, execute, and optimize joint campaignsco-marketing, events, content, and community engagementsAlign partners on shared KPIs related to lead generation, opportunities, and pipelineDrive partner enablement through training, support,



and ongoing communicationHost and organize webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and virtual events with partnersTrack partner performance, share insights, and iterate for growthRepresent Loop at online/offline events and stay updated on ecosystem and market trends

Ideal ProfileExperience in Partnerships, SaaS Sales, Account Management, or ecosystem developmentPrior experience managing external stakeholders, agencies, or clients in a relationship-driven roleProactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilityExcellent written and verbal communication; comfortable on video calls and email outreachSocially active on LinkedIn/Twitter and aware of cultural nuances across regionsComfortable working EMEA timings
