About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

with proven experience in the

US Staffing industry . The ideal candidate will have a robust network of

Vendors and Implementors , a track record of generating staffing requirements, and the ability to build and grow client relationships independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach,



and onboard new Vendor and Implementor accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from the ground up.Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of staffing requirements.Take complete ownership of client accounts and drive account growth.Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to source and submit qualified candidates.Manage the end-to-end business development cycle, from requirement generation to successful placement.Follow up on candidate submissions, interviews, client feedback, and offer negotiations.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.Develop strategies to expand existing accounts and create new business opportunities.Maintain accurate records of business activities and account status.

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in

Business Development within the US Staffing industry .Strong experience working with

Vendors and Implementors .Demonstrated success in generating requirements and closing staffing positions.Ability to independently build, manage, and expand client accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Solid understanding of the US recruitment and staffing process.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.
