Inviting applications for Solutions Architect FinanceIn this role, the Solution Architect will facilitate the analysis, design, and execution of solution architecture for Insurance Finance domain and ensure it is leveraged. The role will require making strategies, solutions and sales presentations to potential business heads. This role requires a combination of excellent solutioning mindset, valuable commercial sense in structuring deals, and excellent customer facing skills. The role involves estimation and negotiation with business and to lead an initiative to deal closure and the transition to the delivery organization.ResponsibilitiesLead the solutioning workstream for RFPs, RFIs, proactive pursuits, renewals, and strategic deals.Design integrated operating models spanning Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Pay (S2P/P2P), FP&A;, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Controls.Develop future-state operating models leveraging cross functional teams and managed services.Create scalable delivery models across onshore, nearshore, offshore, and hybrid locations.Ensure solutions align with client objectives, industry best practices, and Genpact capabilities.Embed AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Analytics,



and workflow technologies into solution designs.Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business priorities and pain points.Develop effort estimations, staffing models, pricing assumptions, and productivity commitments.Facilitate discovery workshops and solution design sessions.Present proposed solutions during client meetings, due diligence sessions, and executive presentations.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsFinance domain – Operations, Solutions or DTAI for Insurance Payers and/or ProvidersGreat understanding of the End-to-End Value chainsAbility to bring new solutions and IdeasExcellent communication – verbal and writtenGood leadership and Interpersonal skillsGood presentation skills and Project ManagementConsultative sellingCreative thinking/innovative mindsetCommercially SavvyExposure to BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry/Insurance Core Ops domain with relevant work experiencePrior experience in creating and executing digital solutionsAWS / Service Now / Power BI knowledgePreferred SkillsPostgraduate (MBAs would have an advantage)/GraduatePrior Experience in Insurance Operations, Solutions or DTAI for Payers and/or ProvidersPrior experience of doing improvement solutions/projects in a BPO tech environment and business landscapeGreen Belt/Black Belt in Insurance is an added advantage
