This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical, hands-on experience inUS immigration processes, legal documentation, petition preparation, and client servicewhile working closely with experienced immigration professionals and attorneys.The role is suited for candidates who have a solid interest in immigration law and legal operations and are looking to build a career in the US immigration domain.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and drafting ofUS immigration petitions and supporting documentation , including H-1B and Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases.Review case documents and information forcompleteness, accuracy, consistency, and compliancewith established processes.Assist immigration specialists and attorneys with gathering and organizing information required for petition preparation.Conduct basic legal and immigration-related research under the guidance of experienced team members.Prepare, organize, and maintain case-related documentation and records.Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to obtain required information and documentation within defined timelines.Assist in tracking case status and ensuring timely completion of assigned case-related activities.Support client and foreign national communication by responding to routine queries and providing information as directed by the team.Maintain accurate case records and ensure adherence to confidentiality, data privacy, and information security requirements.Learn and develop an understanding ofUS immigration policies, procedures, and case-processing requirements .Work closely with attorneys and senior team members to ensure quality, accuracy,
