The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C/C++ development, object-oriented programming, financial systems, and post-trade transaction processing environments. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to the design and development of high-performance applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.Develop and enhance application components usingC/C++and related technologies.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Design robust and maintainable software following object-oriented design principles.Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews,



and technical decision-making.Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Required SkillsStrong hands-on programming experience inC/C++ .Experience withC#/.NET Development .Solid understanding ofObject-Oriented Design & Programming .Experience working withPost-Trade Systems & Workflows .Knowledge ofTransaction Processing and Financial Calculations .Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with software design patterns and best development practices.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred ExperienceCapital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services domain experience.Exposure to high-volume transaction processing systems.Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.Knowledge of system integration and enterprise application architecture.
