Workday Technical Integration | Assistant Manager / Manager / Associate DirectorLocation - Bangaore/ HyderabadMumbai(Only AD Level)Job DescriptionWe are looking for experiencedWorkday Technical professionalswith strong hands-on expertise inWorkday Extend, Integrations and Workday technical solutions . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting scalable Workday solutions across Extend, Integrations, Reporting and related Workday technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test and deployWorkday Extend applicationsusing Extend Studio, App Builder and related Workday development frameworks.Build custom applications, workflows, pages, cards, tasks andOrchestrationsto extend Workday capabilities.Work with Workday business objects, custom objects, calculated fields and the Workday data model.Develop and consumeWorkday REST/SOAP Web Services, WQL and RaaSas application data sources.Design and develop Workday integrations usingWorkday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors and Document Transformation .Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.Work withXML, XSLT, XPath, JSON and API-based integrations .Develop and supportAdvanced, Matrix, Composite and BIRT Reports .Work onWorkday Security , including ISU, ISSG, API clients and security configurations.Integrate Extend applications with Workday Business Processes, notifications, reports and integrations.SupportPayroll integrations such as PECI/PICOFand middleware integrations where required.Lead technical requirement gathering, solution design and technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment,



migration and production support.Troubleshoot complex issues across Extend applications, integrations and reporting solutions.Support Workday release cycles, regression testing and impact assessment.Work closely with Workday Functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Maintain technical specifications, solution designs, deployment documentation and support documentation.ForManager/Associate Directorlevels, lead technical teams, mentor consultants and own end-to-end technical delivery and client engagements.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience inWorkday Extend .Experience withWorkday Extend Studio / App Builder .Experience withWorkday Orchestrations .Strong knowledge ofWorkday Studio and EIB .Experience withCore Connectors / Cloud Connectors .Strong understanding ofWorkday Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs .Experience withWQL and RaaS .Strong knowledge ofXML, XSLT, XPath and JSON .Experience withWorkday Reporting and BIRT .Knowledge ofWorkday Security, ISU and ISSG .Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials.Experience withWorkday Payroll integrations – PECI/PICOFis an advantage.Ability to independently design, develop, test and troubleshoot complex Workday technical solutions.CertificationWorkday Integration Certification is mandatory.Workday Core Certification is preferred.Workday Extend Certificationis highly preferred.ExperienceMinimum3+ years of relevant Workday experience .Experience across multiplefull-cycle Workday implementations .Strong implementation and production-support experience.For Manager/Associate Director levels, experience intechnical leadership, solution design, client management and mentoringis preferred.Educational QualificationB.E./ B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBAor equivalent full-time qualification
