The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual and interaction design skills with the ability to conduct meaningful research and translate findings into actionable product improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesUX Design (60%)Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designsDesign experiences for web, mobile, AI, contact center, and internal enterprise applicationsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and Engineers throughout the product lifecycleContribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries,



and UX standardsFacilitate design reviews and stakeholder workshopsEnsure accessibility and usability best practices are applied consistentlyUX Research (40%)Plan and conduct usability testing, customer interviews, surveys, and discovery researchAnalyze customer behavior (Hotjar), user feedback, and product analyticsIdentify unmet customer needs and opportunities for innovationSynthesize research findings into actionable recommendationsPartner with Product Management to validate concepts and prioritize investmentsDefine and track UX success metricsRequired QualificationsExperience at a global enterprise, working with teams in the US5+ years of UX Design experienceExperience conducting UX research and usability testingStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design workAdvanced Figma proficiency, with an emphasis on AI featuresExperience working with product analytics platforms like Hotjar and Adobe Analytics (or similar)Experience with AI-enabled products and conversational AI designExperience with customer journey mapping and service designProficient in accessibility and inclusive design standards
