This is not a typical internship—you'll have real ownership over meaningful projects that directly influence how we scale our data collection operations and execute our vision.This is a unique opportunity to be embedded in the decision-making layer of an early-stage startup, gaining insights into founding, scaling, and building a venture-backed company from the ground up.Your RoleAs a Founder's Office Strategy,



you will:Operations & Strategy-Contribute to strategic planning and execution around scaling our real-world and synthetic data collection capabilities- Help establish operational workflows that ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability as we growCross-Functional Collaboration-Interface between the CEO and technical teams on strategic initiatives- Help coordinate with clients, partners, and team members to ensure smooth execution of key projects- Contribute to business development activities, including competitor analysis and market researchProject Ownership-Own 2-3 high-impact projects from conception to execution- This could range from setting up new data collection sites, improving internal processes, to supporting go-to-market initiativesWhat We're Looking ForEssential Qualities:High agency and ownership mentalityAdaptabilityAttention to detailProblem-solving mindsetGreat to Have:Background in robotics, AI, or operations (coursework, projects, or internship experience)Familiarity with data annotation, data collection, or ML workflowsExperience working in early-stage startups or high-growth environmentsProject management or operational coordination experienceIdeal Candidate Profile:Recent graduate (1-3 YoE) from a top technical institute (pref IITs/BITS)Intellectually curious and passionate about robotics and AIComfortable working offline in Bangalore and ready to commit fully to the company building journeyDetail-oriented and organized, with solid time management skillsJoin us in building the data infrastructure for the next generation of intelligent robots.
