Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-grade .NET applications.Provide technical leadership to development teams through mentoring, code reviews, and best engineering practices.Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.Drive application modernization initiatives using the latest .NET technologies.Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs and Microservices.Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC, security, and quality processes.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance optimization.Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)



to improve engineering productivity.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.7–10+ years

of hands-on experience in .NET application development.Strong expertise in

C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web APIs .Hands-on experience with

Microservices Architecture .Strong knowledge of

SQL Server

and database optimization.Experience with

Azure

and

CI/CD pipelines .Experience with

Git , Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools.Good understanding of

SDLC , design patterns, SOLID principles, and Agile methodologies.Experience in application modernization and performance optimization.Preferred SkillsExperience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native applications.Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture, RabbitMQ/Kafka, CQRS, or DDD.Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.What We're Looking ForStrong technical leadership and mentoring skills.Ability to lead projects independently and drive end-to-end delivery.Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Passion for learning current technologies and improving engineering practices.
