Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced technical lead with 10+ years of experience in networking industrial switching products.
- The candidate should have strong C programming, Linux-based software development, ASIC Programming.
- The role involves developing networking software components, Hardware abstraction layer(HAL) and forwarding database(FDB) management functions for enterprise and industrial ethernet switch platforms.
- The candidate should understand the requirements, driving technical discussions and delivering as per customer requirement.
- Positive to have FDB, Marvell NPUs.

Key Responsibility:

- Design,



develop and maintain networking software for ethernet switching platform
- Develop and enhance Forwarding database (FDB) manager functionality.
- Implement and maintain hardware abstraction layer (HAL/HAPI) interfaces between networking software's and switch ASICs.
- Experience working with ASIC SDKs and hardware vendors to integrate switching features.
- Participate in customer discussions, requirement analysis and design reviews.
- Support feature development, integration, troubleshooting and product releases
- Mentor Junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
