and architectural decisions.Mandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.Robust knowledge of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.Experience with Microservices, Entity Framework/Core, REST APIs, and distributed systems.Knowledge of Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.Experience with authentication technologies such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, or OpenID Connect.Proven team leadership, mentoring, technical interviewing, and stakeholder management experience.PreferredAzure services, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, React/Angular, event-driven architecture, application security, and AI/GenAI integration.
