The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of mobile architecture and best practices, a proven track record of shipping production apps that scale to millions of users, and a passion for building scalable, performant, and user-friendly applications.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will work across iOS and Android platforms, drive technical excellence, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver world class mobile experiences.ResponsibilitiesMobile app development — Design and develop native or cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android) using modern frameworks and best practicesTechnical architecture — Lead technical architecture decisions and establish coding standards to ensure scalability and maintainabilityCross-functional collaboration — Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutionsPerformance optimisation — Optimise application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for faster load times and smooth user experienceTesting & quality — Implement and maintain robust testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and automationOn-call support — Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical issues with urgency and technical depthTechnology & infrastructure — Stay current with mobile development trends and tools,
