Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, updating clients with recommendations.VMS Utilization: Maximize use of VMS, participate in sales presentations, QBRs, and support ad hoc requests.Team Mentorship: Continuously mentor the team to achieve organizational objectives and goals.Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 5 years’ experience in MSP Operations.overall experience in contingent/contract staffing, including MSP exposure.Proven expertise in timesheet, payroll management, and payables .Strong background in rate/contract negotiation and extensions .Recognized as a trusted advisor with consulting skills, professionalism, and commercial acumen.Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes in client-facing environments .Confident communicator with stakeholders, leveraging market expertise to build strong relationships.
