Position: AR Follow-Up Executive
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic AR Follow-Up Executives to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding insurance claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance payers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims through calls and payer portals.
- Analyze denied or rejected claims and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Review accounts receivable aging reports and work to reduce outstanding balances.
- Identify underpayments and initiate recovery actions.
- Process claim appeals and resubmissions as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Follow-Up within US Healthcare/Medical Billing.
- Strong knowledge of denial management and insurance claim processing.
- Experience handling Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.
- Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
