- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team s scope.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualified Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Benefits.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Workday modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex compensation structures and translate them into system configurations.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday compensation and benefits functionalities.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated Workday solutions.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and data analysis to support compensation decision-making.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
