Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute plumbing, water supply, drainage, rainwater, and sanitary works at site.
- Study and interpret plumbing drawings and coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams.
- Prepare quantity estimates and material requirements.
- Monitor manpower productivity and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Prepare daily progress reports and measurement sheets for billing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project management teams.
- Ensure completion of works as per project schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing project execution.
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, STP, hydro-pneumatic systems, and plumbing standards.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Tamil Nadu.
