POSITION: TECHNICAL HEAD AEROSPACE
COMPANY: OMSPACE ROCKET & EXPLORATION PVT.LTD.
LOCATION: SANAND , AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT
EXPERIENCE: 7 TO 14 YEARS
CTC: UP TO 12 LPA
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : FULL TIME

About the Role:

Omspace Rocket & Exploration Pvt. Ltd. Is looking for an experienced Technical Head-
Aerospace to lead and manage our technical and engineering functions The ideal candidate
will have robust hands-on experience in aerospace product development, system
integration, testing and technical team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical development of aerospace projects and products.
• Provide technical leadership across Avionics, GNC, Propulsion, Structures,
Embedded Systems and Mechanical Engineering.
• Review engineering designs, simulations, calculations, drawings and technical
documentation.
• Lead system integration, testing, validation and troubleshooting.
• Identify technical risks and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Drive R & D, prototype development and technology improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, venders, customers and external
technical partners.
• Establish engineering standards, processes and documentation practices.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Support the management team in technical planning, project estimation and




technology roadmap development.
• Ensure engineering activities meet required quality, safety and performance
standards.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical/Avionics or related
field.
Preferred Experience:
• 7 to 14 years of relevant experience in Aerospace industries.
• Proven experience in aerospace product development and system
integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent technical communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in one or more of following areas will be an advantage:
Aerospace Testing & Validation
UAV / Drone / UAS
Rocket & Launch Vehicle Systems
GNC / Flight Control
Aerospace Structures
Embedded Systems
System Engineering
Payload Integration
Propulsion
Avionics
CAE / Simulation

We Are Looking For a hands-on technical leader who can independently take
ownership of technical challenges and guide the engineering team from concept-
design-development-integration-testing.
Salary : up to 12 LPA, depending on experience and technical expertise.
Reporting : to CEO /Director.
