Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, data, and support teams to define and deliver analytical and technology-driven solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and support quantitative portfolio construction, investment analytics, and risk management solutions.
- Drive end-to-end solution development, from requirement analysis through implementation and production support.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and build strong partnerships across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization.
- Ensure business objectives are aligned with product roadmaps, EPICs, and strategic initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Analytics, or Solution Design.
- Strong understanding of Investment Management, Portfolio Construction, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Risk Analytics,



and Financial Concepts.
- Experience working on quantitative investment or portfolio management platforms/tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Proven leadership capabilities and problem-solving mindset.
- MBA (Finance) and/or CFA Charterholder preferred.

Valuable-to-Have Skills:

- Strong SQL and Data Analysis experience.
- Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Experience creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, EPICs, and maintaining product backlogs.
- Exposure to reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization tools.
