-Responsible for Project Execution as per management approved schedule.
-Project Execution within the allocated budget.
-Directing and monitoring the labour deployment.
-Monitor the performance of all trade contractors.
-Co-ordinate day to day construction activity and coordination with concrete batching plant.
-Implement work instructions as per Quality processes.
-Dealing with consultants/Architects for clarification & direction.
-Holding regular meeting with contractors, architects, project management consultants & others to monitor & co-ordinate all phases of construction.
-Training & Development of technical staff and non-technical execution staff.
-Timely Mobilization of PRW's and departmental labour.
