Job Summary

Senior Project Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - New Delhi

Responsibilities

- Support planning, implementation and monitoring of skill development projects.
- Coordinate with Government departments, training partners, industries and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, concept notes, presentations, policy briefs and review documents.
- Track project progress against targets, timelines and deliverables.
- Support development of skilling strategies, operational guidelines and implementation frameworks.
- Conduct field visits and monitor training centres, institutions and project activities.
- Facilitate industry partnerships, placements, apprenticeships and employer engagement activities.
- Support curriculum development, assessment, certification and quality assurance processes.
- Organize workshops, consultations, training programs and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage MIS, data analysis, dashboards and reporting requirements.
- Support capacity building of government officials,



institutions and training providers.
- Identify risks, implementation challenges and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Computer Applications
- Master of Business Administration
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Master of Commerce

Experience
- Project Management (6+ years)
