Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

- Strong expertise in corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 for Indian and overseas entities.
- Hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and filing statutory submissions with MCA, ROC, and other regulatory authorities.
- Proficient in drafting agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and governance documents for Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings.
- Ability to maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance trackers accurately across multiple client engagements.
- Working knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations, with strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment in compliance execution.

- Compliance Professional with an experience of 3+ years
