Job Overview:
Looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead complete plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchase, Cost Control and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end plant operations and achieve production targets.
- Ensure product quality and timely product availability.
- Drive plant cost control, productivity and profitability.
- Manage Production, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain functions.
- Ensure proper RM/PM and finished goods inventory.
- Lead plant improvement and recent projects.
- Ensure safety of employees, equipment and plant assets.
- Develop and manage plant teams and drive KPI achievement.

Mandatory Experience:

- Strong experience in Beverage Manufacturing.
- Exposure to Juice / Soft Drinks manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with PET and/or Tetra lines preferred.
- Candidates from Beverage, Dairy with beverage manufacturing, Liquor or similar industries preferred.
- Candidates currently based in Maharashtra preferred.
