Role & responsibilities

Core role:
Technology Program Manager / Project Manager BFSI Asset Management

Key responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end technology/digital transformation programs from requirements through deployment.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
- Own program roadmap, delivery backlog, planning, tracking and governance.
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Lead initiatives involving Data, Cloud, Analytics and AI.
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases and drive their implementation.
- Oversee solution design, implementation, testing, deployment and change management.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and program governance.




- Track business value realization and ensure transformation initiatives deliver expected outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across business, technology and senior stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

The role is for a Technology Program/Project Manager with 1014 years of experience, preferably from BFSI/Asset Management, who has handled digital, data, cloud or analytics transformation programs. The candidate should have solid stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, program governance, AWS, Snowflake, data warehousing and ETL/ELT exposure, along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical execution.
