We're hiring a proactive Lead Generation Executive to identify prospects, generate qualified leads, and support business growth for our recruitment and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify prospective clients via market research and outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and build a strong prospect pipeline
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team




- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects
- Track industry trends and share regular performance reports

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
- Freshers: MBA (Sales/Marketing/BD); Experienced: any Bachelor's degree
