Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance of life insurance with tied bancassurance channel.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue growth in assigned regions.
- Build solid relationships with key stakeholders, including ,distributors, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to expand the company's presence in the market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in Banca or Channel sales with a focus on life insurance products.
- Strong understanding of SBI Cards' products and services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
