Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to manage corporate accounting, financial reporting, audits and finalisation of accounts for a listed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and finalisation of P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow as per IND AS.
- Handle quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits.
- Manage consolidation of accounts, SFS, CFS and SEBI/IND AS reporting.
- Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and support annual report preparation.
- Manage SAP FICO / SAP HANA and ensure timely & accurate accounting entries.
- Oversee AP, AR, GL, inventory, CWIP, fixed assets and asset capitalisation.
- Ensure compliance related to TDS, TCS, MSME and other accounting compliances.
- Drive month-end/quarter-end/year-end closure and management reporting.
- Lead and manage a team of 4–6 members while remaining an individual contributor.
- Ensure accounting controls, data integrity and compliance with applicable financial reporting requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: CA / CMA / ICWA / CS / relevant Accounting qualification.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in corporate accounts.
- Mandatory: Experience in a Listed Company Accounts/Finance function.
- Robust hands-on experience in Finalisation, IND AS, Consolidation, Financial Reporting and Statutory Audit.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP FICO / SAP HANA or equivalent ERP.
- Excellent MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership and team-management capabilities.
