- Monitor productivity, quality, and other key performance metrics.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Handle performance management and support team development.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports.

- Strong experience in US Healthcare Operations.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Experience in managing productivity, quality, and operational metrics.
