Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, appraisal, and evaluation of mortgage loans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in credit underwriting or related field (mortgage).
- Strong knowledge of LAP (Loan Against Property) products and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating complex financial data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
