CTC - 3.45 fixed + uncapped incentives + Health insurance + Cult Membership

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized service.
- Oversee counter sales team, trainers, and other staff members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct inventory management, stock control, and maintenance tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.

Job Requirements :





- 2-7 years of experience in retail sales or related field (fitness & wellness preferred).
- Strong background in counter sales, customer relationship building, and retail operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities simultaneously.

Work Schedule Straight Shift

On most days, you will be assigned a straight shift, which may be either:
Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Evening shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Split Shift (Based on Business Requirements)

On some days, you may be assigned a split shift, which requires reporting to the centre in both the morning and evening:
Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Evening shift: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
