Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, ensure smooth communication throughout the customer journey, and provide excellent post-sales service. Candidates with experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-sales service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects and other departments for customer-related matters.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate documentation, agreements, payments, possession and related formalities.
- Regularly communicate project updates, payment schedules and other key information to customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team.




- Conduct customer meetings and maintain professional relationships.
- Prepare customer-related reports, MIS and follow-up trackers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and support retention/referral opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing/CRM will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/ERP software and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Professional, patient and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in Real Estate CRM, post-sales customer handling and possession activities.
