Purpose/Objective

Responsible for managing enterprise virtualization platforms, certificate infrastructure (PKI), and AI-driven infrastructure analytics. Ensures secure, scalable, and efficient IT operations across data centre, cloud, security, and automation domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Virtualization Platform Management

- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, HCI, Morpheus, GDC)

- Oversee VM lifecycle, cluster management, performance, and uptime

- Drive capacity planning and optimization

- Ensure HA, backup, DR readiness

- Enforce security and compliance

- Automate provisioning and monitoring

- Handle incidents and vendor coordination

2. Public & Private Certificate Management (PKI)

- Design and manage enterprise PKI

- Manage certificate lifecycle (issue, renew, revoke)

- Maintain inventory and avoid expiries

- Deploy certificates across infra and cloud





- Ensure SSL/TLS compliance

- Automate using ADCS, Key Vault, Vault, Venafi

- Manage risks and governance policies

3. Infrastructure AI Analytics (AIOps)

- Define AIOps roadmap

- Implement AI/ML for anomaly detection and prediction

- Use tools like Azure Monitor, Splunk, Dynatrace

- Enable auto-remediation and intelligent alerts

- Optimize capacity and performance

- Integrate with ITSM tools
